On May 10th 2023 our lives changed forever when we suddenly lost our friend Joe Cooke at the age of 42. In his memory I will be walking or running for 24 hours to raise money for local charities & IRH renal unit. I wanted to do something to contribute to the amazing charity campaign that his family and friends have been holding to raise funds in his memory. Please dig deep troops!
