January 2018 i was diagnosed with kidney failure.  In April I started dialysis treatment.  I have not been able to work since I was diagnosed.  I am currently working with UW on a transplant plan.  Iam a 40 year old father of two who until this past fall was always active in my community.  Coaching and teaching youth has always been a passion.  I know in the future I will be able to get back to that.  But with treatment, doctor appointments, and two children i have exhausted my resources.   I have applied for SS and Disability but still waiting.  So today i am reaching out to ask for any help you might be able to offer.  Your generosity will help with travel, bills, living expenses.
