Nick had a heart transplant at age seven after a virus settled in his heart destroying the heart muscle. Nick is now 41-years old with a beautiful wife and two amazing daughters.

After thirty-four years of medically exceeding expectations, Nick suffered a massive heart attack this week and was life-flighted to Cleveland Clinic where he will need a heart and kidney transplant.

A GoFundMe has been established to help with medical expenses, transportation to and from Cleveland, and long-term accommodations to be near Nick during the wait for a heart/kidney and his recovery after. The funds will go directly to Ashley who is the beneficiary of this fundraiser.
