Some of you may have heard, my brother’s house in Pungo area of Virginia Beach caught on fire Sunday afternoon, and was completely destroyed. We are so grateful that he is safe and was not home when this occurred. Luckily he was not living there yet, but he has been working hard to remodel this house himself over the past year, and a lot of hard work has gone into it. He lost some items in the fire such as all of his high end tools, a brand new $5,000 generator, his secondary vehicle, all of his clothes that were stored inside, the new materials for the remodel, the $30,000 he has already put into it, and some furniture.

Things could have been much worse, we are so grateful that these are just material items that have been lost, but he has a long road ahead of him to rebuild. Insurance may not cover the full and total amount lost. I hope that the money from this fundraiser allows him to purchase the tools that he needs for work right now, his necessities, and eventually some of the materials he will need to rebuild. Very grateful for any donations to help support him! I hope this can alleviate a little bit of stress for him.

For the record, Nick is going to kill me for this… but I just want him to know how much love and support he has, and that he is not going through this alone.
