Hi, my name is Nick, and I'm trying hard to recover from the lasting effects of domestic abuse. I'm a disabled man who tried to help someone by offering a spare room in my home. They have since been evicted, but not before they could cause a shocking amount of damage.

The person who abused me did so on many levels, and it's taking a huge financial toll. They abused me financially, physically, emotionally, sexually, and harmed my pets in order to cause me pain.

I've had to pay for unexpected veterinary bills, two trips to the Emergency Room, among other financial hits. I'm unable to pay my bills because of the abuse this person has perpetrated over the last several months.

I foolishly thought I'd be able to catch up, month by month, but each month has been more and more draining, until my savings are gone and my credit cards are maxed out.

I am begging for help, because I have no other alternatives left. Please help.
