My name is Barry Melton, I’m a lawyer and will administrate the Nick and Marcia Gravenites Special Needs Trust. This trust will not pay for anything currently provided for by state and federal funds including medical expenses; however all funds will inure to the benefit of Nick and Marcia by providing for such needs as are not provided by federal and state funds.
