Nick & Jamie's KWE Scholarship Fund
Donation protected
Hi! We’re Nick Saari and Jamie Drayton. I (Nick) attended Kieve for four years as a first session camper (2005 - 2009) and worked two years as counselor (2015 - 2016). Jamie attended Kieve for five years as a second session camper (2006 - 2011) and worked for three as a counselor (2014 - 2016).
Kieve Wavus Education (KWE) holds a special place in our hearts. Those fortunate enough to attend summer on Damariscotta Lake understand the special bond and values that KWE instills in boys and girls from all over the world.
Jamie and I want to send a kid to camp, giving them the same opportunity that we had—but we need your help!
We’re training for an Ironman 70.3 in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, this August. In tandem, we’ll be raising money and putting it toward a scholarship fund. Our goal is to cross that finish line knowing that we’re giving a kid a chance to experience all that KWE has to offer.
Please see below for additional details about KWE or visit their website. Thank you for helping us reach our goal!
FTK,
Nick & Jamie

Kieve Wavus Education is a nonprofit organization that helps people grow through experiential programs led by inspirational role models.
Located on Damariscotta Lake in rural Midcoast Maine, KWE runs three primary programs across two main campuses: Camp Kieve for Boys, Wavus Camp for Girls and The Leadership School. In addition, KWE hosts a variety of retreats for a diverse set of groups throughout the year.
All KWE programs are guided by our mission: to empower people to contribute positively to society by promoting the values of kindness, respect for others, and environmental stewardship through year-round experiential programs, camps for youth and adults, and guidance from inspirational role models.
