Hi. My name is Ashton, I am raising money for a best friend of mine, Nick. As well as his kids, Katelynn and Alex. Nick was my absolute best friend for the past year. & he was my son (Brayden’s) uncle Nick. He Was like his second Grandaddy. I was also extremely close to his kids. They’re an amazing family who don’t deserve what’s happening.But when life happens you just have to move forward. Nick has been battling leukemia for 10 + years. 10 years ago the doctors told me we wouldn’t make it 5 years. Today, he is still here. Sadly, we were told today that we needed to start preparing for his death. We are trying to stay optimistic but if anyone has delt with this before you know it’s not easy. He’s in extremely bad shape. My goal is to help the family raise money for funeral costs. Medical bills, financial bills, and anything in between. They’re my second family and it breaks my heart seeing him in the condition he is in & leaving the kids not knowing how they’re suppose to handle it. Even if it’s a dollar, anything helps.
