Nick Darling's fight against Bowel Cancer

On December 2nd 2023 I will be walking the length of a marathon (26.2Miles / 42km) to help raise money for my brother in law Nick.

This year has been tough for the Darling's. Firstly losing wonderful Wendy, Nick's grandmother who was suddenly taken from the family this Summer. Then just 3days before our beautiful baby boy Freddie was born in September, Nick was given the unimaginable news and diagnosis of Bowel Cancer.

Despite all of this, Nick and his lovely partner Emily's positive outlook on life has inspired me to walk a marathon to raise as much money as possible for him. He will be undergoing an operation which means he will not be able to work for a long period of time after, whilst he recovers and receives treatment. During this current climate, financial worries should not be in anyone's mind whilst battling this illness, all donations received will go directly to Nick to assist him during his recovery.

Nick is a wonderful man, he's kind, caring, considerate and generous. A true family man and anyone that knows him will agree with me that he deserves this love and support at this time.

I hope that we can all dig deep and do what we can to help Nick.
