As most of you know, my ex husband had a stroke last Thursday morning. He has been in hospital for the past week going through tests, rehab, and general care. After several procedures and tries he has failed his final swallow test, and is going to be receiving a feeding tube through his stomach.
Chris being out of work for so long, his parents also missing work to be by his side is straining all of them. Tonya and Keith are some of the greatest people I know..they are too good of people to ask for help. I’m sure they won’t be the happiest with me asking for them.
Chris is uninsured at the moment, the stresses of how to help with aftercare are weighing heavy as well. Nobody in our time should have to worry about a bill when their child is in the hospital, nobody laying in the hospital should worry about the next thing to come out of their account, over their health. Thank you for any and everything.
