My name is Erin Velez and our  family experienced the unfathomable lose of my husband Edward Velez 06/10/2018. He was a wonderful family man who loved his family with everything he had to give.   The lose was sudden due to a Pulmonary Embolism.  Eddie's wishes were a celebration of life instead of a memorial service.
