Anyone who knows me personally would know how desperate I am feeling to actually sit and make a GoFundMe right now. Asking for help, in any form, is probably my least favorite thing to do. Asking for money makes my skin crawl, but I am just feeling like I have no other options at this point.

On Sunday I was just getting home at 4am from working a 14 hour shift. I walked in and noticed my roomate was sobbing so I asked her what was wrong- she told me our apartment has been robbed and that they stole all of her photography equipment among other things. I looked in my bedroom and saw that my IPad, film Camera, and numerous personal items were stolen.

The items can be replaced, I dont care about the value in what was taken, but I just feel so unsafe in this apartment. I have had countless.. countless, packages stolen, there are people screaming and fighting in my building with cops getting called every other weekend. My apartment management company went bankrupt- and so there is no one to contact about these things. There are no cameras in my building and no one to call to get them installed. This situation will not get better and I just need to get out of here. Unfortunately, I do not have the immediate means to do so right now. I work my ass off every.single.day., but I just havent had a chance to save enough money yet to put me in a position to move again. Any help anyone can provide right now would just mean more than words can even express. I still can't believe I am even really writing this.. Thank you so much
