Niche Bread and Company is an upcoming restaurant in Sacramento. Owned by Marques Ochoa and Daniel Stephan.

We are looking to continue the tradition of breaking bread which is an ancient past time which brings people together. We are seeking to modernize that concept by providing a space with food and beverage which allows our guests’ to do so. We want to put an emphasis on traditional methods of naturally leavened bread, preserves and fermentation, natural wine and coffee in a modern minimalist breakfast and lunch fare environment.

With that in mind, we want to provide our guests' with the best experience possible. To do that, we want the best of the best. We have a growing list of equipment we need to buy from bread baskets, plates, glasses, kitchen equipment, etc. All the small things that add up quickly.

For donations of $500+ we will be inviting you to Niche for a special lunch with food prepared by Marques and Daniel. We will also be previewing some of the wine we will be offering when we open.
