Send Cameron To Nicaragua!!!

Donation protected
Hello Everyone! My name is Cameron McCoy, and I currently am a senior at Easton High School. It has been my biggest dream to help others, especially those in countries stricken with poverty. I just recently have been accepted to Morehouse College, and I plan to major in International Business. In the future, I want to create an organization that helps promote and financially support business education in countries around the world. I also have an extreme passion for creative writing and oratorical speaking (Google Cameron McCoy Easton Maryland for some stuff on me) but my true passion is the world itself. Its been a lifelong dream to travel the world, and make progressive changes anywhere I can. Sadly I have never stepped foot out of the United States. But recently I was proposed with an opportunity to work in the Pulsera Project. This project is based in Nicaragua, where they make beautiful native  bracelets that are sold in the US and the proceeds go to the families in Nicaragua (Google this project to learn more interesting things about it). This particular project struck home with me, as I have an enthusiastic interest in the Latin culture. I hope to be billingual by the end of college, and I am taking AP Spanish for college credit. My AP Spanish teacher is attending this trip as well, and he is the leader of the Interact Club at my school, which I am a proud member of. This would be a life changing trip for me, as it would be an exposure to not only the harsh world we live in, but a lesson on what is neccesary to change the world for the better. The link for the facebook page of the project is https://m.facebook.com/notes/the-pulsera-project/pulsera-project-summer-student-trip-2016/10153794066192850, on this page you can see the entire itinerary for the trip and all of the activities we will be conducting to help the people of Nicaragua. The trip itself is 8 days long, and costs $1100 dollars plus airfare, which I estimate will be around 400 to 500 dollars round trip. My family can pay passport fees and preemptive expenses, but I have the responsibility to raise the rest of the money for myself. If I reach my goal, I will create an iMovie that details the trip, along with pictures I take, and present it to all the great people who donate to my cause. Regardless of what you give, I am truly thankful and blessed that you would push me one step closer to reaching my goal, and reaching my dream. Thank You:)
