Help for Rachel Zoeterman

As some of you know, Rachel Zoeterman, wife of the late Josh Higginson, single mother of Jude, is in the ICU with multiple organ failure and a brain bleed. She has a long road to recovery including continued stabilization in the ICU and several potential surgeries including potential organ transplant. It’s not yet known what huge expenses she may have after insurance.

Additionally , in the meantime, her sister Sara is acting as her healthcare proxy and is traveling back and forth from NYC to Detroit twice a week where Rachel is hospitalized. Sara will be unable to work for the foreseeable future as she’ll be tending to two different families in two different states, so her own family’s income will be significantly impacted. Jude is being cared for by multiple relatives including Rachel’s parents Tim and Jenny and his costs are part of their needs too.

We know that Rachel, Josh, Jude, Sara, and all the Zoeterman’s are incredibly loved. We hope to distribute this widely to get as much support for these multiple (and many unknown) needs and show our support for these lovely people.
