Restore Hope for Karam's Family

I am Heidi Soliman from the Midwest in the USA and the organizer of the fundraising campaign for Karam and his family, who live in northern Gaza. Thank you for responding to Karam's message below:

To every person reading my story now, whether a man or a woman,

I am very happy that my message has reached you. Our story begins when our dreams and hopes collapsed, only to find hope again because of you. Yes, because of you. Perhaps you can make a small difference and restore lost hope.

I am Karam, from northern Gaza. My wife is Dina, and my children are Hala, Jana, Tala, and Anas. When the war on Gaza began on October 7, 2023, we were living in our beautiful, peaceful home in northern Gaza and running a business selling perfumes. I lived a simple life, like any other human being on this earth. But because of this war, my home was destroyed, and I lost my business and source of income.

My child, Anas, experienced a deterioration in his health. He was scheduled to undergo surgery on his eye, but the operation could not take place because the hospitals were destroyed.

Now, we need to travel with my son Anas to Egypt for the surgery.

In northern Gaza, we lived through the hardest days of our lives. At one point,

we ate animal food and donkey food just to avoid starving to death.

We lost everything.

We lost our children's education.

We lost our work.

We lost our home.

But as a family of six, we have not lost hope.

Our hope lies with you, the one reading my message.

I hope you will donate a part of your money to bring happiness back into our home.

I started this fundraising campaign for three goals only:

> To fund the surgery for my son Anas

> To rebuild part of our home

> And to restart my small business so I can live a life of dignity

Please do not withhold even a little from us, as a little combined with a little becomes a lot.
