Justice for Troy

Many of you know my son passed away in July of 2018.  At the time we thought Troy has passed quickly from a seizure.  7 months later when the  death certificate arrived the cause of death was a accidental overdose composed of a massive amount of fentanyl .  We were devastated.  Troy was on his way out of that slimy pit he had been in for many years.  It all started with a car accident where he was prescribed pain pills.  Anyone with a child that is addicted to drugs  knows the pain not only for the person but for the family.  I went digging for answers.  While going through his phone I found my answers.  The last few  months of my sons life he was coerced by the local police department to be an informant or suffer jail time. Knowing my son was an addict an or recovering addict this was an impossible task. It would be like putting a kid in a candy shop and saying you can touch, look, and feel but cant touch. Total neglect on behave of the police department. I'm working  with my lawyer  to create   a TROY BILL.  Basically it would go something like this. Police would not be able to use anyone as a Confidential Informant that had tested positive in the prior 6 months for any drug use. And if a CI tested positive than they would have to stop using that CI immediately. Police would not be able to use prosecution or the threat of prosecution to induce someone to be a Confidential Informant.  Hopefully this will become a bill in 2022.
In addition, we have filed 2 law suits against the police invading my sons funeral and the wrongful death of my son by  neglect.   
I'm begging for help with these expenses.  I've paid so much and asking for help.  This will be a long ordeal but so worth it. If I can save one family from going through what my family has gone through it would be so worth it. I have major PTSD from the Funeral invasion.  And then to know my son used what he skimmed from when he was buying drugs for the police and died is unbearable.  There is so much more but I'll have to wait till it comes out in court to post.  Will you please help?  Any amount is grateful.  And if you cant help would you please pray for justice for my son.
