Support Jason's Heart Transplant Journey

Hello, I’m Jason, and I recently was diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure and was hospitalized for 2 weeks at UPMC Chautauqua in the intensive care unit. I was then transferred to Strong Medical University in the cardiac care center for 3 weeks and was placed on the heart transplant list. As you can imagine, without being able to go back to work, my bills are hard to keep up with, and I have numerous different doctor's appointments that I have to travel from home in Gerry to Strong Medical University in Rochester, which is a 2 1/2 hour drive one way.

So, I am asking for any kind of help you can afford. Please, anything would be greatly appreciated.
