NHA Senior Trip

Hi! We are New Haven Academy’s senior class, a public high school in New Haven, Connecticut. We’ve been unable to have a senior class trip for years due to low funds and the pandemic. With your help, we want to make senior travel affordable for all. We’re eager to celebrate ℅ ‘22’s final year, and we want everyone to have the ability to celebrate.

As you all may know, class trips can be pretty expensive. We plan to go to Coney Island for the day, visiting the aquarium first, then the theme park, accompanied by an all-we-can-eat buffet. The trip will cost around $6,000 (including the buffet, theme park admission, and aquarium admission) without fundraising, not including travel prices. We’re estimating with travel, it will be around $7,000-8,000. At this cost, all 74 students would pay between $90-120, hopefully. However, this cost is not feasible for everyone. Our goal is to make the trip affordable for every student.

We need to complete this fundraising by mid-May for our trip. Every donation is appreciated.

Our goal is $5,000 for this year's senior trip, and any more money raised will be used further to cheapen the cost of the trip for students or contribute to other senior activities like prom.
