Help orphans in Uganda

Please read what my friend in Uganda, Godfrey writes.
And please try to imagine how your life would be like If it was YOU that was an orphan in a poor country.
This is Godfreys story:
Fund a Child Centre is a non profit organization working mostly with HIV/Aids orphans and other vulnerable kids to end systemic deprivation, poverty and hunger through a holistic approach to community development, education and healthcare through child education sponsorship and extracurricular activities, both formal and informal as the means to counteract pervasive hunger, poverty and systemic resource deprivation.
Godfrey is my name and I have been trying to stabilize it with my little income I earn from safaris as a tourist guide but I rent the place where children live and study from.
Time came where the owner of the premises want to sell his land and I can’t afford it. I have been facing all the challenges you can think of since Covid-19. Paying the teachers, the school nurse, feeding the children etc , basically sustainability is not there at all, and that’s why i am reaching out to you my friends as it’s the only option for me to keep helping these children. We now have 137 children 87 are orphans and 50 are parent neglected. I have been trying to support the children since I started in 2017 with my income as a guide, but then COVID-19 came everything changed, no work means no life for the children.
The main goal of this fundraiser is to raise funds to buy land where we can build a school and shelter for the children. The land owner is selling and is forcing off the land unless we can buy the land for USD $8732 .
On a special note of thanks we have already managed to raise $1000 out of our goal of $8732 it’s a big step you too can join the walk and give a second chance to these children you see in photos below. #kindnessmatters #helpingothers.
