Nguyen Thi Anh Thu - help for her 4 kids
Donation protected
Hello friends. It saddens me to say that a very good family friend has suddenly passed away. On Sunday, January 5th chi Thu was clipping one of her son's toe nails. Her husband, anh Chinh said that when chi Thu bent to start clipping is when she complained that she was having a severe headache, dizziness and numbness in her hands. She had then collapsed soon after and not able to speak much.

9-11 was called and the ambulance rushed chi Thu to Baylor Medical in Irving where scans showed that she had severe bleeding in her head. She was then immediately air lifted to Baylor Medical in Dallas where she could be treated for a brain aneurysm.
We felt positive that chi Thu would get better and come out of her coma. She was in good hands with a great group of doctors. They had drained a lot of fluid from the head swelling. There were times when she seemed to be able to respond to us through finger movements. Unfortunately chi Thu was pronounced brain dead not long after. Her life support was removed and only her breathing tube was left. Anh Chinh was not doing well and we could tell that he was emotionally exhausted. Everything was turned off late evening on Monday the 6th and everyone was quiet.
Chi Thu and anh Chinh had a really happy family. Chi Thu was a very sweet and friendly person. Always with a smile and always caring of others. She loved her husband and adored her four kids, Ruby (12 yrs), Nathan (9 yrs), Jonathan (7 yrs) and Dustin (3 yrs).

We want to help gather funding to assist the family (especially for the 4 children) with bills and miscellaneous expenses. They are a good hard working family that unfortunately had a sudden medical emergency and sudden passing of a wonderful woman in their lives.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for any donation. It is genuinely appreciated.
Chi Thu's memorial service will be at Restland in Richardson, TX this Saturday, January 11th at 4pm. Burial service is on Sunday at 10am.
