Fuzani was a very loving 6 year old boy that suddenly and unexpectedly passed away yesterday 2/27/15 with undiagnosed dilated cardiomyopathy (an enlarged heart). At the age of 3 he was diagnosed with autism and always had love to give others. He leaves behind 2 siblings that will miss him dearly. We are raising funds to assist his parents Michael and Tamara Curtis with funeral, medical and other expenses of this unfortunate event. Thanks!
