Help remove my cat's penis for my birthday!

Hey all it's Becky. My birthday is coming up this week, and so is a $4000 bill for Pip's emergency surgery. Pip had sudden urinary obstruction last Saturday and it was luckily caught in time to save his life. 2 unobstruction procedures later, he is now receiving PU surgery for his "abnormally tiny penis" so he will hopefully never have to deal with this again.
