In our society, Aberystwyth Snow Sports, many of us have faced many challenges surrounding mental health that felt impossible to speak about at the time. Others have watched friends and loved ones suffer. Mind has been a great place to turn to during these times.

We’re shaving our heads to show that there’s strength in vulnerability. That it’s okay not to be okay. That no one should go through their darkest moments alone.

We want this act to spark conversations, break down stigma, and raise vital funds for a charity that supports so many people when they need it most.
