I'm setting up this gofundme account for my very good friend and co-worker at Euphoria Salon & Spa Sarah Loiselle and her husband Keith. They found out they were pregnant last summer, and also that there were many complications with a good chance of miscarriage in the first two trimesters. With the doctors keeping a very good eye on Sarah and the baby included weekly appointments, then twice a week appointments . They realized that the baby wasn't receiving enought nutrition, so they admitted Sarah into the hospital to keep a closer eye on them both. After a week with no change they delivered the baby at 28 weeks. February 6th at 2:30 pm Baby Braxton was born weighing 1lb 12 oz and 13in long, his tiny footprints in the picture above. A couple weeks later he was transferred to a detroit hospital to have a valve closed on his heart because there was no longer a pediatric surgeon in flint to perform the surgery. Everything went well and he's getting stronger everyday. Although him being transferred to detroit was medically necessary, getting him transferred back to flint was not and might cost them up to $5000 , which they did anyways to get him back to the hospital where he was born and closer to home for all of them. With many bumps in the road it has kept Sarah and Keith by Braxton's side and out of work until Braxton seems to be more stable. They still have a long road ahead of them and I would like them to be able to focus on Braxton and get him home and not stress about medical bills, out of pocket expenses that insurance doesn't cover and just everyday bills.
