Rita Avon Ortiz passed from this world on the 27 August 2020.  She succumbed from a long battle with colon cancer.  She was a beloved Sister, Mother, Aunt, and friend to all who crossed her path.  She was loving, witty, funny, and would give you the shirt off her back. I am requesting help with sending Rita off, as she is still the mother of young children and all assistance would be much appreciated. Final preparations and expenses will be tended to by her eldest daughter, Jasmine Fulton.
