Nexus School PTA are taking part in the Superhero Tri 2019 on Saturday 17th August 2019 at Dorney Lake, Windsor.
Nexus School PTA will be raising funds to go towards the purchase of a Projector Screen & Projector for the school hall for the benefit of the students of Nexus Foundation Special School in Tonbridge, Kent.
Nexus is an ambitious special school for children and young people with profound, severe and complex needs, many of whom are on the Autistic Spectrum. Nexus is the district special school for Tonbridge and Malling.
The PTA are excited to have the opportunity to take part in this event which forms part of the Superhero Series, the UK’s one and only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero! Their mission is simple. To create fun, full-throttle mass-participation challenges where people with disabilities call the shots and don’t have to worry about cut-off times or equipment restrictions.
