Next Level Academy was more than a big building full of pitching machines, Hit Trax, K-Vest and cages. It was a place where softball and baseball players of all ages and abilities came to learn and grow. It served as a place for development camps and lessons as wells as a place for local teams to practice. Next Level Academy had the most advanced systems in baseball/softball development. Jeremy Johnson, owner, is a mentor to players inside and outside of the cage. His passion for growing players was evident in the work he put into building a place for kids. The coaches that work at Next Level Academy are no different. The sign entering the building read "Enter to Learn," and exit sign said "Leave to Lead." On the morning of Monday, December 16th, a tornado blew through more than 60 miles of Lousiana. It tore right through Alexandria, LA and Next Level Academy was destroyed. Praise the Lord no one at the academy was injured. But everything including the building was destroyed. Our goal is to help Jeremy and his coaches rebuild the place players flocked to. Please help us in lifting some of the financial burden from Jeremy. No donation is too small. Let's get the coaches back to work and the kids back to learning.
