Support Bad Showroom’s Next Chapter in Downtown LA

Hello, my name is Frank James Juarez, and I am the proud owner of BAD Showroom — a unique fashion space in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. We’ve been serving industry professionals, emerging designers, and the public for two exciting years, and we’re just getting started.

Our Dream
Bad Showroom is more than just a retail space; it’s a creative hub, a curated collective of vintage finds, designer archives, and fresh talent. Located in the iconic LA Apparel Mart, we’re a rare showroom accessible to everyone — a vibrant alternative to traditional retail and showrooms. Our mission is to celebrate individuality, support emerging designers, and foster a community where creativity can thrive.

Why We Need Your Support
This year has been challenging — from the devastating fires in Los Angeles to ongoing political and economic hurdles. To keep our doors open and grow our vision, we’re reaching out for help with:

Overhead Costs: Securing our space amidst rising expenses and economic hardships.
Inventory: Updating our stock with new brands and rare finds to serve our community and keep our offerings fresh.
Renovations: Improving our space with new paint, curtains, studio areas, and photography equipment to enhance our showroom and e-commerce capabilities and launch our studio services.
Website Development: Enhancing our online presence by building a robust online platform to reach global audiences and showcase our curated collections to maximize income potential.
Staffing: Hiring at least one part-time assistant to help manage daily operations as we expand and demands are high.
Expansion & Production: Launching our in-house BAD brand and a design studio, producing locally here in LA with tools, materials, and labor investments.

Our Vision
We’re committed to creating a sustainable, longstanding space where fashion is a form of self-expression, a platform for emerging talent, and a resource for creatives worldwide. With your support, we can continue to serve as a vital industry hotspot — a place that nurtures innovation, celebrates heritage, and champions independent design.

Join Us
Every contribution, big or small, helps us realize our dream. Your support will directly impact our ability to stay open, expand our offerings, and elevate the creative community in Downtown Los Angeles.

Thank you for believing in our vision and for helping us build a future where fashion, art, and community intersect.

With love and gratitude,
Frank James Juarez
