On 19th April 2026, I am taking on a monumental challenge - running in a marathon - to raise funds for Many Tears Animal Rescue, a charity that is very close to my heart. Every mile i run will be dedicated to the dogs and other animals who are still waiting for their forever homes.

About Many Tears Animal Rescue:

Based in Wales, Many Tears works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals from all kinds of difficult situations - including ex breeders, abandoned pets and pets needing a home through no fault of their own. The shelter provides love, medical care and a safe place for the animals to heal whilst they try to find their forever homes.

Why I am running on behalf of Many Tears:

Last June, we decided we needed a sister for our Golden Lab Rusty. We wanted to adopt a dog and came across Many Tears' Facebook page and website and after scrolling through some of the dogs available, fell head over heels in love with 10 year old Coco, our Chocolate Lab. Coco was an ex breeding dog, who had never been in a home before and didn't even have a name before arriving at many tears. Coco was underweight and very wary of people, especially men. Now fast forward 17 months later and 12 year old Coco is doing incredible and has a new lease of life, keeping up with her 3 year old brother Rusty, as well as welcoming her human brother Joseph 4 months ago.

Any donations, big or small will be massively appreciated and will go towards food, blankets, medical care and rehoming the incredible animals at Many Tears.
