Help me get out of this place please

I live in a horrible neighborhood. Just last month there was a police stand off that lasted 4 hours. A guy got a hatchet to the head. Trailers have been blown up on purpose. To top it the new property manager is a bully who has been verbally sexually assaulting me. That's just a small portion of the environment here. If things couldn't be worse I live in an rv which is fine but the roof leaks all over. The bathroom ceiling just collapsed on me a few weeks ago. I have another gas leak. The floor by my door is caving in. It just feels like I cant catch a break. The funds would help me purchase a new rv, which then I would be able to move to a much better place. Most RV parks that allow you to live year round have restrictions on how old your rv can be and the condition. With things the way they are in the world right now I'm grateful for anything and everything that comes my way.
