Newman Family - Cole's Accident

Cole Newman had an accident Monday afternoon. He fell off the roof of his house and fell 15-20 feet. He is currently in the hospital in Abilene. He has a skull fracture, multiple neck fractures and a broken wrist. He is responsive to commands and is able to move his extremities. (Huge Praise!) An MRI has been completed, and we will update once those results have come back.

Cherith is doing well, considering all that is going on. The kids are taken care of, and the outpouring of offers for help has been amazing! We are working on setting up a meal calendar that will begin next week.

We have an awesome opportunity as those who love the Newmans to also rally funds to help alleviate this precious family's burdens. Funds raised through this GoFundMe will help with the following: medical bills; compensation for income while Cole cannot work; childcare needs; extra gas money for trips to and from their home to the hospital and/or doctor's and physical therapist's offices in Abilene (their home is about 35 miles outside Abilene); and so much more. Funds are needed immediately as well as down the road when medical bills come in, so every gift at any time is so valued. We are estimating that the costs will equal or surpass $10,000 so thank you for helping us reach this goal.
