Newly diagnosed Scoliosis

Hi, my name is Rene Billings and I kinda feel like my world could implode at any time.
I have just been diagnosed with Scoliosis. I had a 36° curvature of my spine and as of Sept. 18 my curve has progressed to 40° (normal is less than 10°. I was also seen by a spine surgeon who told me that it normally takes someone more than 2 years to get to this point. It to me less than a year!! He is at a loss as to why!! So 1st thing is 1st he wants an MRI and a 2nd opinion because the only cause of treatment now is a long 6 to 7 hour surgery. Which I pray doesn't mean a long road to recovery.
I am asking for your help because I have already had to cut back my hours at work, the pain is so bad I can't work more than a couple of days in a row. I had also just bought a barn type building to build a tiny home. That was before I found out I didn't just have a back injury that would eventually get better. I also have no idea how long I'll be out of work after surgery, and my appointment with SS disability isn't until Oct. 17th
I'm afraid I'll lose everything I have, which isn't much but I still worked hard for it.
So I would be eternally grateful for any and all assistance you could give me. I had an earlier GoFundMe to raise money for my tiny home but that doesn't seem as important now.
I realize times are hard and if I had any other recourse I would never do this but I'm at my wits end!
I'd really appreciate assistance so that I won't lose my home or vehicle while recouperating.
