Newlyweds diagnosed with a rare and deadly liver cancer.

I'm Ian,
A few years ago while on holiday I met a girl in Ecuador named Mayra Sanchez. Mayra and I became in love and married each other on December 8th 2024. 1 day before our 1 month wedding anniversary Mayra was diagnosed with Fibrolamellar Carcinoma, a rare cancer that occurs in 1 out of 5 million people under the age of 45. Mayra is the sweetest and most innocent human I've met. Living together from Ecuador for the past few years we've been dreaming of our life together in the United States.
We now need help in paying for medical costs, resettling in Baltimore for her treatment, flying her family to the United States and for our own travel expenses to find the right surgeon to remove tumors. There is also a signifiant chance that we will need to put up money for expensive treatments as health insurance does not always cover untested treatments, this can be a typical situation due to the rarity of this disease.
Please donate anything you can spare, this is for a good case and even better person.
