Newborn's Fight: Dylan and Makenzie Need Help

My son, Dylan Old, and his girlfriend, Makenzie Groome, just had their first baby boy on 03/17/25.

He was born with what we thought was a breathing issue. On the 19th, he was rushed by helicopter to MUSC Children's Hospital in Charleston. He was put on ventilation, and the testing began to find the cause.

Since then, he has progressively gotten worse. The night of March 25th, he took a severe turn for the worse. He is now on life support, fighting for his life to fully begin.

As you can imagine, this is very stressful and heartbreaking for these young parents. They are now spending every minute at the hospital. They are 2 hours from home, not able to work, and as a young, just-starting couple, were not financially ready for something like this.
