New York Journalism Trip

I've been offered the opportunity to travel to New York City this summer with FastForward magazine to conduct exciting interviews and experience life in one of the most wonderful cities in the world. This trip will help me hone my writing skills, expand the scope of my photography and explore social media journalism. I attend Marin School of the Arts for creative writing and cinematic arts, my two passions alive in me since before I am capable of remembering. Taking my passions to a city where creativity thrives would help me follow and pursue my dream and love for writing and expression. Having the opportunity to meet and talk with professional actors on Broadway, interview the movers and creators at smart and interesting companies that care and strive to make a better world would be a life-changing experience. I would put these experiences into articles and media to help inspire and motivate my peers and others.

I need any help possible to accomplish my goal of raising funds in order to cover the expenses.
