New Year's Dip for Little Barn of Calm CIC: Helping Kids Stay Warm!

Our Challenge: On New Year's Day, Temple, her dad David, and her brother Mackenzie will be taking the plunge into the freezing cold water for the annual New Year's Dip!

The Cause: They are doing this icy challenge to raise money for Little Barn of Calm CIC (LBoC),a community interest company that provides vital outdoor and therapeutic experiences for children.

Why We Are Fundraising (The Goal)

Temple is a regular attendee of the Home Ed group sessions at LBoC. She knows how much fun the outdoor sessions are, but also knows that not all children have access to the right gear to keep them warm and dry, especially during the cold months.

Our goal is to raise money specifically to purchase a selection of high-quality, warm, and waterproof outer layers (jackets and trousers) that LBoC can keep and lend out to any child who needs them.

Every pound raised will directly help ensure that every child at Little Barn of Calm can fully participate and enjoy the sessions, no matter the weather, without their family needing to worry about the cost of expensive gear.
