New Year’s Day dip for Alice House hospice

Hello everyone.

As you may or may not know on the 23rd of December our gorgeous family/friends, the Nolan’s lost their beautiful souled father, husband & son, Daniel. This was following a courageous and insanely strong 2 year battle with cancer. Dan was the kindest guy you could ever met and a light to all those around him especially his beautiful and adoring family.

In his final weeks Dan was in Alice House Hospice in Hartlepool for respite. They are a hospice that has sprung up a couple of times in our lives, caring for loved ones and their families all through treatment for cancer and in their final moments. Giving families a space, away from hospitals to be cared for and supported by teams of staff that are a credit to themselves and their patients.

In aid of this myself, family/friends and ANYBODY WE CAN DRAG IN WITH US, on Wednesday 1st January 2025(some way to start the new year - we know), will be taking part in a very cold ‘new years day dip’ at 1pm at Saltburn to kick start the new year and hopefully raise some money(even just a little bit) for Alice House and the amazing work they do in memory of Dan.

If you aren’t able to joint us for a dip, we would love to see your faces there in support. And if we can’t see your faces, we please ask if you could spare just a few pennies for our cause we would be extremely grateful.
