My story: My dad passed away in a hospice ten years ago.
For his anniversary I would like to raise money for the local charity and help people in the end of their life.
Join us to support Willen Hospice.
GROUP PILATES FOR ALL LEVELS
Date: 3rd January, Saturday, 6pm -7pm
Venue: Newport Pagnell Youth Club
Fee: £10 pp
Please bring your own mat.

- Step 1:
Send £10 (or even more) and add your FULL NAME with a note "PILATES" or message me to secure your space. If you don't let me know, I won't know if you would like to join the session.
- Step 2:
Please complete the Informed Consent form before the session to make me aware of any injuries and medical conditions. Without this you won't be
allowed to take part in the class.
WITHOUT THE INFORMED CONSENT FORM I CANNOT RESERVE YOUR SPACE.
