Our sweet Wheelie Nelson came into our lives as a complete surprise. As new goat owners, we didn’t realize his mama was ready to give birth—but on or around January 12th, this tiny, special boy arrived and changed everything. Wheelie was born partially paralyzed and unable to use his back legs. We were told there wasn’t much that could be done, likely due to a vitamin deficiency during pregnancy. Hearing that was heartbreaking… but Wheelie had other plans. From the very beginning, he’s been full of life, personality, and determination. He’s learned how to get around on his little wheels, and every single day he reminds us what resilience, joy, and pure love really look like. Wheelie doesn’t know he’s “different.” He just knows he’s loved.

As he continues to grow (way too fast), he’s officially outgrown his current set of wheels. We want to give him the best life possible—and that means getting him a new set that fits him comfortably so he can keep moving, exploring, and being his spunky self. The funds raised will go directly toward purchasing a new wheelchair that supports his paralyzed back legs as he grows. Any donation—big or small—would mean the world to us and to Wheelie.
