New Vista School Kitchen Campaign

Please help us renovate our kitchen and student cafe. The New Vista School Kitchen and cafe provides space for students to learn about cooking, preparing foods, operating equipment, and safety procedures. The kitchen also serves as our student cafe for lunch periods. Additionally, we utilize this space for parent meetings, study space, student and staff programs, and student entertainment. The New Vista Kitchen and Cafe has not been updated or remodeled since 1975. The time has come to provide the best possible space for our students and staff!

More information about New Vista School (None): New Vista School is a 501(c)(3), WASC accredited independent school serving the needs of Orange County students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in grades 6-12 and beyond. Our mission is to provide a structured, safe environment of academic, social, and transition skills instruction for students within the autism community. Our vision is to see each of our students overcome challenges related to ASD and become independent, well-adjusted adults. Our school is located in Laguna Hills, CA, which we purchased in 2006. New Vista School is the only school of its kind for students with high functioning autism in the region. Our focus is offering a cross curriculum that combines California State Core Curriculum with our research-based social skills program. Our students come from all over southern California, with the majority being residents of Orange County.
