I am is heartbroken and traumatised to this tragic news about myself. I’ve fractured my teeth in a serious scenario, leaving me having to get private treatment, I intend as the fundraiser to use these funds for rehabilitation where this will go via bank and taken by direct debits to start NHS dental treatment costing around £4100, I am the fundraiser of this fundraise and I intend on gaining full restoration along side the before and after for the donations and donators clarity,unfortunately I have fractured my teeth and won’t ever be able to smile again without any comprehensive treatment :( due to an attempt on me from an unknown origin on the 17th October 2024 now I am hoping to raise enough to go via private treatment, meaning all funds sent here will be sent to

my healthcare provided. will be receiving treatment through the NHS, and the financial situation is tight having 2 kids . This is where we kindly ask for your help. The last thing I want is for money to become a source of worry for me, I want to be there for my children to focus on my baby, his own wellbeing and my recovery rather than financial concerns.

Many friends have suggested starting a campaign within our community, and so here we are.

To provide transparency, below is a breakdown of how the funds will be used:

1. Full Comprehensive teeth restorement

2. medicinal nutrition prescribed by my health coach. (Between £200-£300 monthly) on NHS TREATMENT

3. Private tests and scans, if necessary, to avoid prolonged NHS wait times. Time is not on our side. (It depends on the type of the scan, one RESTOREMENT AND SCANS costs £250 to £1500)

5. Expenses related to plane tickets, accommodation, and supplies if family members need to visit for help or spend time with me(our living space is limited. The price depends on how long they will be staying, if they need to help us longer, the prices will go up too)

6. The possibility of relocating to be closer to family, requiring funds for:

• Transportation

• Deposits

• Travel Expenses

• Temporary Accommodation

• Utility Connections

• Legal and Administrative Costs

My Story

Myself Courey Rochester is a Father of 2 young boys - all my happiness has been taken away from me as I fell victim to something terrible. I will be receiving the donations and the sole purpose is for treatment upon my dental needs . I wanna give my upmost thanks to the LAS London Ambulance Service where I was admitted into intensive care rapidly upon a grade 1/I the highest call the control centre receive the call prompted advanced paramedics and other teams including an on sight frontline doctor . Damages was a S wound to front and back and Fractured Teeth
