New teef and hands for Courtney

Courtney, who runs Jackalopes had an accident while playing with a friend's child. She ended up having broken 3 of her front teeth, as well as breaking her hand. 

Courtney will be off work for many weeks, and replacing teeth is very expensive, especially with no insurance. 

Understandably, everyone is on hard times financially. Any contribution is greatly appreciated. Courtney will be fine, but financially this is a massive set back for her.
