New tech devices

Hi guys! Laura (my sister who is blind) is in need of a new phone and possibly a laptop. The phone she currently is using is one designed specifically for blind people. However, she rarely gets good cell reception and her calls are constantly being disrupted or dropped. She is wanting to pursue her dreams of becoming a counselor and is in need of updated technology. As you know, she does not have a lot of money so any little bit of help from you would be very much appreciated! Thank you all so much!
