Now onto the next project.

As many of you might already know, I launched Gina’s Italian Cuisine in 2021 as a side hustle turned second career.

Ever since then, I’ve worked so hard, everyday to grow my business, dabble in different areas of the food business and find the ultimate path I was drawn to take, and that path has consistently been to create Keto-Friendly Italian for those who require it. It’s a product that is mysteriously missing from today’s consumer packaged goods market. It’s a wide open lane, and I’m ready to fill that gap.

Up until this point I have self-funded this business 100%.

I only buy what I need, have never borrowed money, and never been in debt, have never operated in the red, and have been cautious as to how I spend money in this business.

But there comes a point where a small business requires funding to scale and reach its potential.

That’s where you come in.

Any amount helps to help build this business and get my products onto retail shelves and into mail orders nationwide.

I’m lucky to have found a co-packer for my Keto-friendly tomato sauce and am working on doing the same for my entrees.

From packaging to marketing to advertising to mailing/shipping to hiring my first employee to ultimately hiring a food broker to propel my product to the top, all of this requires substantial money.
