Perth & District Ex-service Club is a Social Club founded in November 1920 just after the 1st World War as a safe-Haven for Ex-Forces Personnel to go an socialize with their comrades & Family and friends alike it was based in Methven St in Perth until we moved to our current
premises in 20 Milne St in or around 1970.
We have around 1500 active members and the club is used by The Black Watch Association, The Perth Veterans Association, The Airborne Alliance amongst other for regular meetings,
there are also some local community groups use our club for regular meetings including MS
Society, Fisguards Association, Local Line Dancing groups, The Magic Circle amongst others.
We are about to embark on our biggest undertaking in the Clubs 106 year history as we
need a new roof which will cost us around £40-£50,000, if we do not have this done sadly we will not have a club, the club is basically not for profit and any monies taken in go back through our management account to ensure the day to day running of the club. We the Club
“Committee and Management” would love to see our club survive another 100 years
“WE NEED YOUR HELP” any donation no matter how big or small will go some way in helping us reach our target we have various fundraising event coming in the next few months please see our website for details.
