New roof and internet and networking installation

Hello All -

I will be joining a missions group headed up by Pastor Larry Jones of Concord Baptist Church in Tennessee. Pastor Jones, or as I remembered him, Corporal Jones, was one of my plane captains over 40 years ago when I was flying fighters in the Marine Corps. It seems God had something in mind for us to reconnect after all these years.

Last year, as I was preparing to attend a Marine Corps F-4 Phantom fighter pilot reunion, Larry Jones ran across my name and reached out to me. It's a long story, but it seems I had a major impact on his life at the time which redirected his path and ultimately led him into the ministry. Pastor Larry has been pastoring a church now for over 30 years. He reached out to me and invited me to join him and his missions group for this trip to Belize in order to help the Christian Community there. The work will include a new roof and the installation of internet and networking capability. One of the major funding sources for this mission just fell through and I would like to surprise them with funding for these projects. Will you help me?

I set an aggressive goal which, if achieved, would cover most of the materials needed. Anything helps.

We will be departing on June 3 from Knoxville, TN and returning on June 10. Since I live in Minnesota, I will have to come a day early and return a day later based the times of our group flights.
