New Ride for Vinny

I currently have a 2005 wheelchair van, which is a total rust bucket that has half an exhaust and will probably not pass inspection in the fall. Needless to say I need a new vehicle, fortunately for me I have an opportunity to purchase a highly specialized accessible vehicle called an MV1 at a cost well below market value. As you can imagine the vehicle is still quite expensive and the seller is requesting a $3,000 down payment before transferring ownership. I'm not typically one to do something like this, but having an accessible vehicle is vital to my independence.
