My name is Atoya Wilson-McCullough, and I am the proud director of Tender Love & Care Child Development Center, a five-star-rated childcare program dedicated to providing the highest quality early education for children — especially those from underserved and disadvantaged families. As a Level 3 Administrator with an Associate in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education Administration, and currently completing my Master’s in Human Services, I have dedicated my career to ensuring children have a safe, nurturing, and inspiring place to grow.

Today, I would like your help. Our most significant need is a new playground — one that sparks imagination, promotes healthy development, and provides every child with a safe place to laugh, play, and build friendships.

Our Story

Tender Love & Care Child Development Center has been a trusted space where children can learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. Outdoor play is not just about fun — it’s vital for children’s physical health, social skills, creativity, and emotional well-being. Many of our families cannot access other safe play spaces in the community, making our playground an essential part of their children’s development.

We are asking for your help to design and purchase new, high-quality playground equipment that will:

- Encourage physical activity and motor skill development

- Provide inclusive play options for children of all abilities

- Offer a safe, welcoming outdoor space for children from all walks of life
