We are raising money to purchase a brand new playground for the Krišjāņa Barona Latvian School of Chicago, and any donation will help make an impact. The existing playground is over 30 years old and is falling apart. In fact, the main feature of the existing playground has been off limits to the children all year because of safety concerns. All money raised will go towards the purchase of the new playset, as depicted in the campaign's main photo, and a new swing set.
